Emily Thornberry Labour MP for Islington South and Finsbury
Dear Friends,
I’ve written an article for The Guardian today, arguing that Theresa May has a constitutional duty to call a general election when her Brexit deal is voted down by Parliament this week. But I’ve also made clear that, if she refuses, and our vote of no confidence fails, then we will have to move to other options, including campaigning for a public vote. You can read my article here.
Best wishes,
Emily
